Latest News: Zijiang Enterprise announced that the company plans to acquire 35% of Shanghai Zidong Nylon Material Technology Co., Ltd. (“Zidong Nylon”) held by Zijiang Group (Hong Kong) for 101.5 million yuan Equity. Zidong Nylon mainly produces biaxially oriented polyamide film (nylon film), nylon film and other materials (such as
PE, EVA, PET, CPP, aluminum foil, paper, etc.) are compounded to obtain better comprehensive performance. The films produced by Zidong Nylon are widely used in industry, agriculture, food preservation, pharmaceutical packaging and other fields. After the acquisition, Zidong Nylon will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
