The fully biodegradable new material project invested by Hainan Tianyin Technology Development Co., Ltd. The full biodegradable new material project plans to invest 2.79 billion yuan. The construction content includes an annual output of 240,000 tons of butane hydrogenation, 180,000 tons of n-butane to maleic anhydride, 80,000 tons of 1,4-butanediol (BDO), 120,000 tons of dimethyl succinate, 120,000 tons of PBS and other production units, as well as supporting public works and auxiliary facilities.
Li Qiang, general manager of Tianyin Technology, introduced that he decided to implement the project in Yangpu. First, the equipment and raw materials produced by the company are mainly imported from abroad, and they can enjoy the Hainan Free Trade Port policy such as processing value-added customs duties; second, Hainan implements “plastic ban” After the order, the company can provide raw materials for the production of degradable products, and form an upstream and downstream industrial chain with the petrochemical enterprises in Yangpu; the third is the intimate service of the relevant departments of Yangpu in Danzhou, “In terms of project site selection, environmental impact assessment, etc., Yangpu Zhang Qingyi, the international chief technology officer, led the investment promotion team to provide us with professional and meticulous services, which greatly shortened the preliminary work time of the project.”
Zhang Qingyi said that after Hainan issued the “plastic ban” order, Yangpu introduced two biodegradable plastic manufacturers, Zhongke Qicheng and Yizheng Chemical Fiber, which are still under construction. Both companies will use 1,4-butanediol as the production raw material after they are put into production, and the production capacity of this raw material is mainly concentrated in the northwest region of my country, and the transportation cost is high. Therefore, the 1,4-butanediol products produced by Tianyin Technology’s fully biodegradable new material project can solve the problem of raw materials for the production of Zhongke Qicheng and Yizheng Chemical Fiber, and realize the “partition wall supply” of raw materials for enterprises in Yangpu District. Thus opening up the upstream and downstream industrial chain of Yangpu degradable plastics.
At present, Yangpu is gradually forming four major industrial groups of oil refining, aromatics, olefins and high-end new materials, but it is still increasing investment in petrochemical industry projects, continuously extending the petrochemical industry chain, and further promoting the petrochemical industry to go downstream and go to Go high-end and go low-emission, and realize the local digestion of upstream products produced in the park.
