The products produced are high-end, differentiated, and environmentally friendly. The Zhongsha Gulei Ethylene Project is located in Gulei Petrochemical Base in Zhangzhou, Fujian, one of the seven petrochemical bases in the country. The total investment of the project is 42.07 billion yuan. Compared with the joint venture construction, it will build a world-class ethylene and downstream deep processing complex with an annual output of 1.5 million tons. It is the largest one-time investment Sino-foreign joint venture project in Fujian Province so far.
