Huafeng entered the field of degradable materials

Xu Xu, assistant general manager of Huafon New Materials, said that Huafon currently has 9 bio-based products with a bio-based content of ≥ 22% that have applied for USDA bio-priority label certification, and 11 bio-based products have been tested by the BETA laboratory. .
On June 28, Zhejiang Huafeng’s annual output of 600,000 tons of high-performance degradable new materials started construction in Dingshan Huafeng New Material Industrial Park, Ruian City. After the project is completed, it will form an annual output of 300,000 tons of PBAT, 300,000 tons of PPC and 300,000 tons of PPC. tons of degradable plastic film production capacity. The total investment of the project is 11.8 billion yuan, and the planned construction period is 2022-2026.
Waterborne polyurethane resin is in short supply
The water-based polyurethane resin plant with an annual output of 50,000 tons is located in Huafeng New Material Industrial Park in Dingshan, Ruian City, and will be completed in 2020. Zhu Yan, executive deputy general manager of Zhejiang Huafeng Synthetic Resin Co., Ltd., said: The sales volume of water-based products is very good. On the one hand, we adopt the original “extrusion method” production process, which not only reduces the production cost of products, but also achieves “zero” organic solvent pollution. On the other hand, this is also the test that we have successfully dealt with the supply chain guarantee in the repeated epidemics.
It is understood that among the 23 authorized invention patents obtained by the company in recent years, 9 are environmentally friendly polyurethane resins, of which 3 series of products have passed the “green design product” certification of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
Wenzhou RuianHuafeng New Materials Industrial Park
