Latest News: Tongde Kechuang Materials Co., Ltd. 60,000 tons/year PBAT new material industry chain integration project is located in the modern coal chemical industry park of Yuanping Economic and Technological Development Zone, Xinzhou City, with a construction scale of 60,000 tons /year PBAT and 240,000 tons/year 1,4-butanediol (BDO).
The main construction contents include: methanol hydrogen production unit, acetylene generation unit, formaldehyde unit, BDO unit, PBAT unit, etc., and supporting ECS catalytic combustion system, BDO waste liquid incineration system, DFTO incineration system of the whole plant, sewage treatment station, desalination station , circulating water station, etc. The total investment is 2,741.42 million yuan, of which the environmental protection investment is about 188.88 million yuan.

Construction content: This project produces acetylene by dry acetylene unit, formaldehyde by methanol oxidation method, and further produces 1,4-butanediol (BDO) by acetylene aldehyde method. At the same time, it is equipped with methanol hydrogen production unit to provide hydrogen for the project;
BDO, terephthalic acid (PTA), and adipic acid (AA) are used as raw materials to produce polybutylene terephthalate adipate (PBAT) by melt esterification and polycondensation.
