(hereinafter referred to as “Changhong Bio”) intends to use its own funds of RMB 270 million for the deep processing and intelligent upgrading technical transformation projects of Zhejiang Changhong Biomaterials Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 120,000 tons of PBAT products and Zhejiang Changhong Biomaterials Changhong Biomaterials Co., Ltd. invested in the technical transformation project of tail gas and wastewater recycling.
Basic situation of investment target and reasons for increasing fixed asset investment
1. Zhejiang Changhong Biomaterials Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 120,000 tons of PBAT products for deep processing and intelligent upgrading technical transformation projects: After the 120,000-ton/year PBAT project is put into operation, the quality of the finished products is stable and recognized by downstream customers. PBAT has good processing performance. After optimized blending modification, it can completely replace PP to prepare daily meal boxes, hot drink cups, hot drink straws, etc. With the birth of new industries such as take-out, the demand for biodegradable lunch boxes, water cups and straws is increasing. A modified production line was constructed to make modified products. The price of modified products increased by RMB 4,000/ton, the production capacity of a single line was 12,000 tons/year, and the annual sales revenue increased by RMB 96 million. Changhong Biological plans to invest 170 million yuan with its own funds for technological transformation. 2. The tail gas and wastewater recycling technical transformation project of Zhejiang Changhong Biomaterials Co., Ltd.: After the 120,000-ton/year PBAT project is put into operation, the generated waste gas will be directly merged into the hot coal furnace after passing through the elution tower for incineration, and the materials in the waste gas will be incinerated. After burning and decomposing, it provides heat to the hot coal stove. The calorific value of the direct combustion of the materials in the exhaust gas is not high, and the direct incineration results in a waste of resources. The stripping tail gas from the top of the stripping tower is also directly merged into the hot coal furnace for combustion, and the gas tail gas is not recycled. The installation pipeline directly uses steam for heat tracing, and does not preheat and recover the condensed water. In order to reduce the emission of waste gas pollutants and comply with the overall requirements of the coordinated development of my country’s economic construction and environmental protection, Changhong Biological plans to invest 100 million yuan with its own funds for technological transformation. While ensuring the realization of the target of tail gas recovery, it reduces the comprehensive operating cost of the tail gas recovery system and saves energy consumption, so as to reduce the impact of the recovered tail gas emissions to an acceptable level to the environment and meet the overall national requirements for environmental protection.
